Fourth of July

I carried my camera around all day, but only managed to snap one candid photo.  You will just have to take my word that it was a delightfully fun day.

Andrew and Olivia even managed to persuade me into letting them shoot off bottle rockets.  I did however insist that they wear safety goggles.

Fourth of July

Our Fourth of July was quite different this year.  Olivia woke up early on the 4th with a headache and fever.  Needless to say, we didn't attempt the parade downtown.  We were all slightly disappointed, but it was probably for the best.  Scott, Andrew, and Jaxson did attend the Holman family picnic while Olivia and I snuggled and napped.  Thankfully, she was feeling better in time to watch fireworks in the backyard.

Scott and I believe that Andrew loves the Fourth of July more than Christmas.  He even bought a few fireworks with his own money.  Trust me...he doesn't let go of his money easily.
